No. Marmic operates on a month-to-month basis. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in. Most of our clients have been with us for years — because they want to be, not because they have to be.

No. Our 24/7 monitoring and support is included for managed services clients. When critical issues arise outside business hours, we’re already on it — no extra fees, no waiting until morning.

Getting Started

Start with a free IT assessment. We’ll review your current environment, security posture, and business goals — then provide clear recommendations. There’s no commitment and no sales pressure.

Most clients are fully onboarded within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your environment. We design every onboarding to minimize disruption to your business — your team continues working as we deploy monitoring, security, and support tools in the background.

Just enough to understand your environment: how many users and devices you support, what services you currently use, and what challenges you’re trying to solve. We’ll handle the rest during your free assessment.

Service & Support

When you contact Marmic, you reach an expert directly — not a junior-level employee or call center. Most issues are resolved on the first call. For monitored systems, we often resolve problems before you even know they exist.

Since we operate without long-term contracts, you’re never stuck with us. That said, if something isn’t working, we’d rather hear about it and fix it. We’ve built our 25+ year reputation on responsive service and direct communication.
