In practice that means watching the endpoints and mail flow, keeping patches current, reviewing the holes a scan actually finds, and closing the obvious paths — stale accounts, wide-open shares, unattended servers. We size the stack to the business. A 20-person office and a municipal building do not need the same diagram, but both need someone accountable.
AI makes weak permissions everyone’s problem
The moment you turn on Copilot or a chatbot, it inherits every overshared folder and guest account already sitting in Microsoft 365. AI does not create that exposure; it surfaces it. We catch a lot of issues before anyone in the office notices, and we treat backup as part of the security plan, not a separate checkbox. What we will not do on this page
We will not invent a “#1 in New Jersey” line, a client logo wall, or a scare-stat we cannot source. We will not pretend a local MSP is a 24-hour global SOC.
