Microsoft 365 and Cloud for New Jersey Businesses

Your cloud is only as good as the people watching it

Microsoft 365 is where most of our clients already work — mail, files, Teams, identities. It does not manage itself. Licenses drift, sharing links pile up, and someone turns on Copilot before anyone has looked at permissions. Marmic manages that environment end to end: deployment, migration, and the unglamorous monthly work that keeps it usable and reasonably locked down. Microsoft Certified staff. Same senior technicians who pick up the help desk.

What “cloud services” means here

From the services hub, in our words: Microsoft 365 deployment, full cloud migrations, and ongoing infrastructure management — closet-sized environments through data-center scale. That includes tenant setup and cleanup, moving file shares and mail off aging servers when it is time, hybrid setups that are not ready to go all-in, and the monitoring that should have been there on day one. We work with what you have. We do not require a rip-and-replace to start.

Migrations without a dramatic weekend

A move to Microsoft 365 or a tighter cloud setup should not be a story your staff tells for a year. We plan cutovers around how the office actually works, keep people on email, and treat permissions as part of the project — not a cleanup ticket six months later. If you are mid-migration with another vendor, say so on the assessment. We have been doing this work in New Jersey long enough to finish other people’s projects.

Copilot and AI belong on a clean tenant

Copilot reads whatever your users can already read. If folders are overshared, Copilot will cheerfully hand that material to the next person who asks. We do not “enable AI” as a checkbox. We assess exposure, trim access, then deploy AI you control — in your tenant or, for the most sensitive shops, on hardware in your building. That path is documented on AI Services. Cloud and AI are one practice here.

Day-to-day Microsoft 365 support

Users call about mail, OneDrive, Teams, and the printer that “worked yesterday.” Those tickets belong on the 24/7 Help Desk, answered by senior techs, not a script. Behind the tickets we handle licensing, device join, MFA, and the sharing model so the next ticket is less likely. Backup of the tenant is not optional; see Backup & Disaster Recovery.

Local, no-contract, not a national cloud desk

You are not routed to a branded Microsoft reseller in another time zone. You are calling a Bridgewater firm that has run these environments since before “the cloud” was the default. Month-to-month. Cancel if we are not earning it. If you want the county-level version of this conversation, use Somerset County or Bridgewater.

Start with a free assessment

We need a count of users and devices, a sense of whether you are already on Microsoft 365, and what is painful. The assessment covers the tenant, the leftover servers, and whether you are in any shape to turn on AI. Request it here or call (855) 4-MARMIC.
